Floral Audacity is a small business, and we operate on a print-on-demand model, which means that all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This also means that returns are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Unsure of the size or have any other questions? Please contact us and we can help you choose the right fit.

However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Floral Audacity offers a full refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. We will ask you to send us a photograph of the damaged item. We will then review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping is always free at Floral Audacity! All products are unique and are produced only when they are ordered so shipping times can vary. Most orders are shipped within 5-8 days from the order submission date.
